- Salary: BDT 30,000
- Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Overview:
As a Case Resolution Executive, you will play a crucial role within our Business Development team, focusing on efficient issue resolution and streamlining operational processes. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to address complex challenges, implement effective solutions, and enhance client satisfaction. This role requires proactive problem-solving, strategic thinking, and a commitment to maintaining the company’s reputation on a global scale. Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve client cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide timely updates and solutions via email or other communication platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop appropriate resolutions for client issues.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on resolved cases, maintaining records for future reference.
- Continuously improve case resolution processes by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting actionable improvements.
- Assist in developing streamlined communication processes to improve clarity and efficiency.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to relevant stakeholders for investigation or decision-making.
- Support the team with daily tasks, working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Graduates from any discipline can apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and systems for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Previous experience in issue resolution, dispute resolution, client experience or a similar role will receive priority.
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in a relevant field will receive priority. But freshers with dedication to work are encouraged to apply.
