Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 50,000
• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day business data tasks and prepare regular business reports.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from relevant sources to support decision-making.
• Communicate findings and provide timely, accurate data insights for performance tracking, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support functional heads with their data requirements, enabling them to focus on core tasks.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and integrity by defining clear data capture specifications, monitoring input accuracy, and reducing the risk of operational errors.
• Drive continuous improvements in data management processes to optimize workflows and boost team efficiency.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, following supervisor instructions.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and report generation (1-2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong skills in SQL and familiarity with data management processes.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with functional heads and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R (preferred but not required).

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
