Compensation Package:

• Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 45,000
• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Executive, Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will dive deep into data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making. Your expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling will help optimize strategies and solve real-world challenges. You will design impactful reports, visualizations, and dashboards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Job Description:

• Dive deep into data to uncover trends and provide insights that drive decision-making.
• Design impactful reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
• Build and implement statistical models to solve real-world challenges.
• Extend your contributions beyond your immediate role, working collaboratively as a key member of the team to drive innovation and research outcomes.

Educational Background

• Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, CSE, or any relevant field.
   

Technical Skill:

• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for data querying.
• Expertise in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Statistical Data Modeling , Statistical Data Analysis , Machine Learning knowledge is a plus.
