Compensation Package:

• Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 40,000
• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive, Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on conducting in-depth business research, including market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies, to drive strategic business decisions. Your role will be split between business research (60-70%) and technical tasks (30-40%), where you'll support data-driven insights and reporting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Data, and R&D, you'll contribute to identifying new opportunities, streamlining processes, and delivering actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

Business Research:

• Conduct in-depth market research, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, new markets, and product development through research.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to create detailed reports and presentations that support decision-making and strategy.
• Analyze industry reports, publications, and relevant sources to provide concise and actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of case studies and market insights for internal stakeholders.

Technical Contributions:

• Develop and maintain research-related dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Google Sheets, Metabase, or Power BI.
• Use Python or any other language for data cleaning, web scraping, and analysis of complex datasets.
• Manage and organize documentation effectively using tools like Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with the Data and R&D teams to integrate technical insights into research outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business research, market analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Python, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
• Familiarity with documentation and project management tools such as Notion and ClickUp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for presenting complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Data science, or a related field.
