Job Purpose
The Head of Product will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and management of our brokerage firm's product portfolio. This role will drive product innovation, align product strategies with business objectives, and ensure exceptional user experiences. The Head of Product will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute a compelling product vision, driving long-term growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
- Develop a clear product vision aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Set long-term objectives and identify market opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
- Define and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business priorities.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze industry dynamics to uncover new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
- Leverage data insights to drive product decisions and ensure alignment with market demands.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management
- Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, launch, and post-launch enhancements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, compliance, and other teams to ensure seamless product execution.
- Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to align product development with strategic goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to achieve product excellence.
Customer-Centric Approach
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
- Ensure products meet user needs, delivering intuitive and high-performing experiences.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics.

Key Requirements
