Compensation:

  • Salary Range: BDT(30,000 - 45,000), based on qualifications and experience
  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)
  • Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive/Sr. Executive, Corporate Affairs to support the organization's communication and public relations efforts. This role involves assisting in the design and execution of programs to enhance the company’s reputation, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring effective external communication aligned with the company’s vision. The ideal candidate will contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, monitor industry trends, and assist in crisis management strategies to uphold the organization's positive image. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and executing programs to maintain the organization's positive public image.
  • Support production and dissemination of information through various communication channels.
  • Conduct research on stakeholder perceptions to enhance the organization’s reputation.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure effective external communication aligned with the company's vision.
  • Contribute to planning and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities to showcase the organization’s commitment to ethical and community-friendly practices.
  • Assist in developing strategies for crisis management to safeguard the company’s reputation.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues to proactively address potential challenges affecting the organization’s reputation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, legal teams, media representatives, and industry leaders, to foster goodwill and collaboration.
  • Provide support in executing media relations initiatives to ensure positive coverage.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of stakeholders and media contacts to streamline communication efforts.
  • Collaborate on creating communication materials and reports for internal and external use.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited university in Mass Communication, Public Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and liaison skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be a plus.
