Job Overview

The role of Executive, Partner Management to drive the growth of our business through strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and managing relationships to increase revenue and expand our customer base. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that partnership strategies align with the company's business goals, helping to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Represent FundedNext, develop a trusted relationship with partners, and act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partnerships in answering high-severity requests or issue escalations when necessary
  • Maintain regular communication and engagement with partners.
  • Conduct Market Research for potential lead identification and sourcing.
  • Handle the end-to-end process on the partner onboarding journey, cold and warm callings are necessary.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly targets and initiatives.
  • Educate and train partners on platform adoption.
  • Interact closely with cross-team members to handle partners and operational support.
  • Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues.
  • To liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate users’ requirements, and coordinate with the partners to meet the KPI.


Required Qualifications

  • Applicants should possess between 6 months to 1 year of experience in the relevant field. Candidates with previous experience in marketing, business development, content creation, and brand management will have preference.
  • Strong communication skills - Proficiency in English and the ability to effectively communicate with affiliates, stakeholders, and team members through written and verbal means.
  • Sales and marketing expertise - Understanding of sales and marketing principles to develop affiliate recruitment strategies and analyze performance data.
  • Analytical mindset - Ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Project management abilities - Capability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, collaborate with teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Relationship-building prowess - Capability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and team members, manage expectations, resolve conflicts and provide excellent customer service.
  • Technical proficiency - Familiarity with affiliate tracking software, web analytics tools, and other technology platforms to manage the affiliate program.
  • Creative thinking - Ability to develop innovative ideas to engage and incentivize affiliate partners, create compelling offers, and optimize the affiliate program to achieve its goals.
