Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Quality Control Executive. In this pivotal role, you will assess communication quality, prepare remediation reports, and monitor corrective actions, all while driving continuous improvement and fostering employee growth. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Quality Assurance Audits: Perform detailed evaluations of departmental tasks, communication, and improvement areas. Assess compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices while identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop Remediation Plans: Utilize relevant tools to categorize issues and create actionable remediation plans with clear milestones based on audit findings, ensuring effective resolution.
- Follow Up on Corrective Actions: Provide tailored guidance and feedback to struggling team members through in-person sessions, supporting them in achieving successful remediation.
- Maintain and Update Trackers: Regularly update trackers in ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio to monitor recurring issues, track performance, prioritize actions, and generate insights for management and new initiatives.
- Mentor New Recruits: Train new team members on auditing processes, guide them in report writing, and review their work to ensure accuracy and quality during their onboarding period.
- Drive Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance client support processes, workflows, and tools. Collaborate across teams to improve the customer experience, streamline operations, and address inefficiencies effectively.
Qualifications
Education
- A degree in English, Economics, Sociology, Education, HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is beneficial but not required. Relevant experience and skills will be given equal consideration.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., CQA, CCXP, ACXS) are desirable.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Experience or Quality Assurance or a related role is preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), design tools (e.g., Canva), project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp), and data management and visualization tools (e.g., Google Sheets or Looker Studio) for creating and tracking visually engaging content is highly preferred.

- Exceptional Communication and Collaboration Skills: Demonstrates advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to clearly and engagingly communicate complex concepts. Possesses effective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance and Attention to Detail: Brings extensive experience in communication auditing with a sharp eye for detail to identify inconsistencies, errors, and areas for improvement. Maintains accurate records and delivers objective, data-driven insights for effective remediation using Google Sheets. Ensures high standards of accuracy and precision in all deliverables.
- Problem-Solving and Project Management Abilities: Excels at solving complex issues and optimizing processes while managing multiple projects using tools like ClickUp or Trello. Adapts to shifting priorities while ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Results-Oriented and Data-Driven: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes through data-driven decision-making. Leverages tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Google Sheets to continuously evaluate and refine initiatives. Strives for organizational success by driving actionable insights and fostering continuous improvement.
