Position: Product Designer

Job Nature: Full Time

Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)

Office Modality: WFO 3 days, WFH 2 days (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Weekend: Saturday, Sunday

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 40,000 BDT - 80,000 BDT
• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)
• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and skilled Product Designer to join our team at NEXT Ventures. In this role, you will be responsible for designing beautiful, modern websites, landing pages, and admin panels with responsive design. You will turn ideas into feasible UI designs that meet business needs, and work closely with engineers, designers, and the product and marketing teams to build and ship ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data analytics.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree CSE, EEE, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively.

Experience:

• 1.5+ years of experience in the relevant field
