We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Software Engineer Backend with expertise in PHP and Laravel to join our Technology team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code.
• Develop and support software, including applications, database integration, interfaces, and enhancements to functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Support the testing and deployment of new products and features.
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers on the team.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality and efficiency of the codebase.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• 3+ years of proven work experience in PHP and Laravel development.
• Expertise in object-oriented design, database design, and XML schema.
• Familiarity with agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
