Position: Sr. Executive, Media & Performance

Job Nature: Full Time

Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexible)

Office Modality: Monday-Friday (5 Days)

Weekend: Saturday, Sunday

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: BDT 45,000 - BDT 60,000
• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Sr. Executive, Media & Performance, whose main responsibility will be to run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Google) as per company’s need. He/she will handle our ad accounts (Facebook/Google) and analyze data to optimize ad budgets on a daily basis. He/she will be also responsible to create detailed reports, negotiate and establish trust & build rapport with media professionals/outlets. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify the target audiences and plan ad campaigns 
• Research relevant keywords/interests and draft ad copies
• Analyze the latest marketing trends, and optimize ad campaigns according to that
• Monitor costs and ad performance to optimize and plan ad campaigns
• Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately to acquire targeted audience
• Negotiate and finalize deals with media outlets/influencers
• Stay informed of the relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Your proven experience in Facebook Ads/Google Ads will get preference
• You like working in high-performance projects
• You enjoy researching your competitors/market trends
• You have an unending curiosity about the strategic process of advertising
• You’re passionate about advertising, and data analysis
• You have a good sense of humor that you incorporate into your work

Experience:

• (2 - 4) years of experience in the relevant field will get preference.
