Compensation Package:

• Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 40,000
• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic SEO initiatives, build topical authority, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content and technical elements. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement link-building strategies to build our website’s authority and search rankings.
• Have knowledge about Topical authority.
• Conduct thorough SEO audits for websites & understand the authority of the website.
• Perform keyword research and analysis to identify potential keywords.
• Optimize website content and metadata.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and rankings using various tools and provide regular reports to the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with websites to ensure high-quality backlinks.
• Create Comprehensive and In-depth Outline for Articles.
• Coordinate with the web development team to ensure that the website is optimized for both search engines and user experience.
• Engage in social media optimization and local SEO strategies to increase our online presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in SEO with a strong grasp of link-building strategies and topical authority.
• Ability to conduct thorough SEO audits and analyze website authority effectively.
• Proficiency in keyword research, metadata optimization, and using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, local SEO strategies, and social media optimization.
• Experience creating in-depth article outlines and collaborating with writers for high-quality content.
• Ability to optimize website content for search engines while maintaining user experience.
• Experience coordinating with web development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships with external websites for backlink building.
• Proactive learner who stays updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry standards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor, report, and continuously improve website traffic and rankings.

Experience:

• Candidates with (1 –3) years of experience in the relevant field.
