Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: BDT 50,000 - BDT 80,000
• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)
• Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer whose primary responsibility will be to develop and produce animated and motion graphic content that embodies our brand's identity across different platforms globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with the Media Buying and Content Team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning content that aligns with our brand vision.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to maintain brand coherency and consistency across all animated content.
• Adapt animations and graphics for various aspect ratios and localized versions if needed.
• Research and implement new techniques, software, and trends to enhance the workflow and creative output.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative solutions to enhance video storytelling.
• Maintain consistent creative quality and deliverables aligned with our brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• You have advanced knowledge and command over Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D/Blender.
• Familiarity with creating animations for short-form content.
• Your experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
• You have industry-level experience in motion design, including 2D/3D animation, kinetic typography, and compositing.
• You have expert knowledge of animation principles, visual effects, and storytelling techniques.
• If you have experience with sound design and audio editing, it is a bonus.
• You have the willingness to learn and develop new skills in motion design.
• If you have knowledge and interest in the world of Trading and cryptocurrency, then it will be a plus.
• You have a creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
