Compensation Package:

  • Salary: BDT 40,000 - BDT 70,000
  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
  • Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).
  • 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and detail-oriented Executive, Brand Management to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will assist in enhancing our brand's presence by supporting the development and execution of content strategies that resonate with our global audience. This role demands strong collaboration, organizational, and analytical skills to contribute effectively to cross-functional projects and campaigns.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing brand strategies to enhance visibility and engagement across platforms, regions, and languages.
  • Support the production of diverse content types for social media, organic and paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers, video editors, writers, and other teams to develop high-quality content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, tone, and voice guidelines.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and engagement data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in managing content calendars and coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Research industry trends and competitor strategies to inform branding efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on content performance and suggest actionable insights for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in content management systems, keyword research tools, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret engagement data and metrics.
  • Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills.
  • Creativity and adaptability to contribute to innovative campaigns.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.

 

Experience:

  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
  • Freshers with a strong passion for branding and content management are also encouraged to apply.
