Compensation Package:

• Salary Range: BDT 65,000 - BDT 110,000
• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Manager I / II, SEO to lead SEO strategies at NEXT Ventures. You will focus on technical SEO, reputation management, and optimizing global organic performance. Collaborating with content, marketing, and development teams, you will drive measurable results through keyword research, on-page optimization, and leveraging AI tools and Generative SEO. Your role will also involve enhancing brand visibility and ensuring website performance across all platforms. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy focusing on both technical SEO and reputation management to enhance global organic performance.
• Conduct site audits and resolve technical issues, including page speed, crawl errors, indexing, and schema markup, to ensure optimal website performance.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and mobile-first readiness in collaboration with the development team.
• Leverage Generative Search Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI tools to enhance content strategies and align with dynamic search trends.
• Stay updated on AI and GEO trends, integrating innovations to improve automation and decision-making in SEO strategies.
• Ensure keyword research and optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and content to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
• Monitor and address brand mentions, reviews, and third-party platform visibility to maintain a positive online reputation.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and necessary tools to track SEO performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Report regularly on SEO performance metrics, traffic growth, and ROI to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align SEO efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in technical SEO and a thorough understanding of search engine algorithms.
• Familiarity with Generative Search Engine Optimization (GEO) and its application in content strategies.
• Passionate about AI-driven tools and innovations in the SEO field.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Excellent understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience in reputation management and brand visibility enhancement.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to coordinate with internal teams.

Experience:

• 4+ years of proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies.
