Job Overview
The Executive, Media & Performance is a dynamic and results-driven role for our marketing team. This role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and campaign strategies.
- Create comprehensive media buying strategies, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and creative recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust tactics to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to align campaign objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Negotiate and manage media contracts and vendor relationships.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and future recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- (1 –3) years of experience in the relevant field will get preference.
- Proven experience in media buying or digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong understanding of key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, with the ability to analyze and interpret performance data effectively.
- Proficiency in media planning, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and media contracts.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align campaign objectives with broader marketing goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with reporting tools and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing strategies.
