The Executive, Media & Performance is a dynamic and results-driven role for our marketing team. This role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. By managing media budgets, identifying target audiences, and delivering impactful campaigns, you will play a key role in driving growth and achieving marketing objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and campaign strategies.
  • Create comprehensive media buying strategies, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and creative recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust tactics to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to align campaign objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Negotiate and manage media contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and future recommendations.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • (1 –3) years of experience in the relevant field will get preference.
  • Proven experience in media buying or digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong understanding of key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, with the ability to analyze and interpret performance data effectively.
  • Proficiency in media planning, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and media contracts.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align campaign objectives with broader marketing goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with reporting tools and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing strategies.
