Weekend: 2 Days (Roster Based)

Compensation:
- Salary: BDT 15,000
- Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
- Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).
- 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:
The “Virtual Executive, Client Experience” provides Chat Support to our clients and resolves their queries in an efficient manner. They are responsible for owning the Client experience and improving our ability as a business to support their dynamic needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through our Instant CRM and Helpdesk.
- Manages customer inquiries within the expected time frame and escalates when required.
- Capable of resolving complex or any customer issues following company policies.
- Contributes to improving the Client Experience by sharing improving ideas.
- Find client feedback and deliver it to correct concerns.
- Manage and Organize customer subscriptions and maintain the database.
- Perform daily assigned tasks as per the instruction of the Supervisor.
- Attend the office once weekly as scheduled and be present as needed based on job requirements.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and speaking ability in English.
- Ability to communicate via email, chat and other customer channels.
- Open to different opinions, perspectives, ideas, and strategies
- Great communication (verbal, listening, and writing) skills.
- The ability to work well under stress.
- High adaptability, patience, and discipline.
- Moderate technical aptitude, with high competency in using Google sheets, Microsoft Office Suite etc.
- Helps to create and maintain a positive and vibrant culture in the team.
Education & Experience:
- Students from any discipline can apply.
- An IELTS score of at least 6 will be added as an advantage.
- Experience in the relevant field will get preference.
- Extracurricular activities/skills are highly appreciated.
