Position: Executive, Sales & Account Management
Job Nature: Full Time 
Office Hours: Roster based
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Weekend: 2 Days (Roster Based)

Compensation:

  • Salary: BDT. 35,000 - BDT. 50,000
  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)
  • 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Overview:

The “Executive, Sales & Account Management (Client Experience)” will be responsible for handling client calls, assisting with account management, and driving sales conversions via outbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls & outbound sales calls to assist clients with account-related queries and provide expert support.
  • Drive sales and conversion efforts by guiding potential clients through the account setup and funding process.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on their experience and investment goals.
  • Track and maintain client interactions in the CRM system for sales follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Meet and exceed sales and performance targets, contributing to the company’s growth and revenue.
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (both verbal & written) is a must
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
  • Experience in customer support, tele sales, or account management is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email) efficiently
  • Confidence in handling objections and problem-solving in real time
  • Adaptability, patience, and high emotional intelligence to manage different client personalities
  • Helps to create and maintain a positive and vibrant culture in the team.


Education & Experience:

  • Graduates from any discipline can apply.
  • An IELTS score of at least 7 will be added as an advantage.
