The Executive Payment Operations is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily business activities, with a strong focus on data management and client communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of client payouts with precision, ensuring smooth, accurate transactions that uphold our brand commitments.
  • Manage international transactions like a pro, ensuring compliance with global financial regulations at every step.
  • Keep payments to affiliates and global vendors on track, maintaining schedules and delivering with reliability.
  • Stay organized by keeping payment records and proof documents up to date and ready for action.
  • Stay ahead of the game by researching trending payout solutions and market innovations to keep us at the forefront!


Required Qualifications

  • Graduates from any discipline can apply.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field will receive priority. But freshers with dedication to work are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Have basic knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office packages.
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to take on new challenges.


Preferred Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal skills.
