The Executive Revenue Operations is a vital role focused on ensuring seamless daily business operations, with an emphasis on data management and client communication. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering clear communication with clients. Your detail-oriented approach and proactive mindset will be essential to driving operational efficiency and supporting revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of revenue reconciliation, ensuring every account disbursement is accurate and on point.
  • Jump on client payment inquiries with speed, delivering fast and reliable issue resolutions to keep clients happy.
  • Lead the recovery of failed transactions, working closely with financial institutions to free up stuck funds quickly.
  • Keep everyone in the loop by communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders about client payment tickets.
  • Process client refund requests with care and compliance, ensuring smooth and hassle-free experiences.
  • Share fresh insights on client pain points with Payment Partnership Managers to help enhance and evolve payment methods.
  • Stay sharp by updating chargeback records and monitoring PSP risk ratios to keep risks at bay.
  • Be the first line of defense against fraudulent payment activities by conducting proactive risk assessments.
  • Own dispute and chargeback resolutions by submitting all necessary documents to close cases with confidence.
  • Keep the team ahead of the game by sharing the latest insights on payment industry risks, especially with Payment Partnership Managers.
  • Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to resolve chargebacks and fix payment issues efficiently and effectively.


Required Qualifications

  • Graduates from any discipline can apply.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field will receive priority. But freshers with dedication to work are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Have basic knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office packages.
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to take on new challenges.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal skills.
