Shift 2: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Compensation:
- Salary Range: BDT 35,000 - BDT 50,000
- Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
- 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:
The Executive, Payment Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient payment processes within our brokerage business. This position is responsible for executing payments in compliance with company policies, preparing payment reports, maintaining clear communication with third-party processors, and performing financial reconciliation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take charge of client payments with precision, ensuring smooth, accurate transactions that uphold our brand commitments while ensuring compliance with payment processors and banking regulations.
- Monitor transaction success rates, troubleshoot failed payments, and work with third party partners and banks to resolve issues.
- Prepare reports on transactions, perform reconciliation, and correct discrepancies in financial records.
- Manage international transactions like a pro, ensuring compliance with global financial regulations following guidelines.
- Keep payments to affiliates and global vendors on track, maintaining schedules and delivering with reliability.
- Stay organized by keeping payment records and proof documents up to date and serve relevant audit queries on a regular basis.
- Stay ahead of the game by researching trending payout solutions and market innovations to keep us at the forefront!
- Participate in system testing and enhancements to improve payment processing workflows.
Education & Experience:
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Computer Science (CSE) from any reputed institution.
- 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field will receive priority. But freshers with dedication to work are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Have sound knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office packages.
- Self-motivated and a strong desire to take on new challenges.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
