Compensation:

  • Salary Range: BDT 35,000 - BDT 50,000
  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
  • 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:

The Executive, Revenue Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate payment and revenue reconciliation across our businesses. This position is responsible for daily revenue reconciliation, tracking incoming payments, and providing insights based on the reconciled data.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of revenue reconciliation, ensuring accurate account disbursement and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Respond promptly to client payment inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and process refunds efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external PSPs to streamline revenue tracking and payment processes.
  • Monitor revenue streams, processing fees, and success rates while ensuring accurate reporting for audits and compliance.
  • Track PSP billing cycles, conduct regular reconciliations, and ensure timely revenue recognition.
  • Analyze transaction fees, PSP charges, and revenue trends to identify optimization opportunities and improve financial performance.
  • Stay organized by keeping payment records and proof documents up to date and serve relevant audit queries on a regular basis.


Education & Experience:

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Computer Science (CSE) from any reputed institution.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field will receive priority. But freshers with dedication to work are also encouraged to apply.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Have sound knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office packages.
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to take on new challenges.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
