Compensation:

• Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 40,000
• Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).
• 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:

We are seeking an analytical Executive, Reporting & Analysis to join our team. In this role, you will design and maintain Tableau dashboards, analyze large datasets, and provide insights into financial performance. You will assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and support budgeting and forecasting. Proficiency in Tableau and Google Sheets, along with a solid understanding of financial reporting standards, is required. If you're passionate about leveraging data for informed business decisions and streamlining financial processes, we want you to be part of our dynamic team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights into financial performance.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies in financial data.
• Prepare and review detailed Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports with precision and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Streamline and automate financial workflows using Google Sheets and other software tools.
• Conduct variance analysis between budgets and actuals, identifying key drivers and proposing recommendations.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and analytics.
• Assist in creating ad hoc financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Continuously monitor and improve data visualization standards and reporting practices.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor in CSE or Data Science will be a preference.
• Proficiency in Tableau with a solid track record of creating professional dashboards.
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and automation features.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and budgeting processes.
• Knowledge of Profit & Loss statement preparation, Balance Sheets, and financial data reconciliation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present findings effectively.
