- Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 35,000
- Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
- Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Revenue Assurance professional to join our Finance & Accounts team. In this role, you will assist in daily reconciliations, support Financial Risk Management (FRM) processes, and ensure financial accuracy. You will help prepare and analyze financial reports, support month-end and year-end closings, and maintain internal controls. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliations and assist in managing Financial Risk Management (FRM) processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in preparation and analysis of financial reports, providing insights into business performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee the processing of invoices and bills, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for global operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholder to ensure alignment of financial goals.
- Utilize financial software for efficient financial management.
- Stay updated with technological advancements and recommend system improvements.
Education & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field will receive priority. But freshers with dedication to work are encouraged to apply.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance from a reputable University.
Skills & Competencies:
- Familiarity with financial software i.e. QuickBooks, Xero accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of financial management principles and accounting practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Have basic knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office packages.
- Self-motivated and a strong desire to take on new challenges.
