Job Overview

The Executive, Platform Technical Support plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Platform Operation & Optimization Team. In this role, you will monitor and track platform performance, ensure timely resolution and communication of technical issues, coordinate with third parties, and contribute to technical copywriting efforts. You will also play an integral part in improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of platform operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely identification and resolution of customer technical issues, maintaining high standards of service and communication.
  • Monitor and track the performance of trading platforms and systems, proactively identifying and escalating issues to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Conduct thorough research on current market trends, documenting findings and analyzing data to inform strategies for continuous operational improvement.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with third-party service providers, including organizing meetings and documenting key outcomes.
  • Execute technical copywriting tasks with precision, producing clear and impactful materials that support the team's objectives.
  • Participate actively in a variety of ad-hoc projects and tasks, showcasing adaptability and a strong capacity to multitask effectively.


Required Qualifications

  • Having a degree is not necessary; however, possession of a Bachelor's degree will be considered an advantage.
  • 0-1 years of experience in the relevant field (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of presenting information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Open to different opinions, perspectives, ideas, and strategies.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel, ClickUp/Notion, and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT), and capable of quickly learning and applying new technologies.
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure, maintaining professionalism and composure in stressful situations.
  • A strong interest in financial markets, trading, and risk management, with a keen interest in continuous learning and development.
  • Contributory to fostering and sustaining a positive, vibrant team culture, encouraging collaboration and team engagement.
