Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 40,000
  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic L&D training professional ready to step up and make an impact. As a trainer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training content that aligns with the organization’s goals and supports continuous employee development. You will be responsible for conducting or overseeing engaging and effective training sessions while also ensuring the creation of visually appealing training materials using AI tools, Canva, and other video editing software. Your role will also involve assisting with performance improvement programs, soft skills workshops, and other key initiatives that drive growth across the company. With strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for learning, you will be an essential part of shaping the future of our team and the company.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Training Design & Development

  • Develop comprehensive training programs that support both individual learning and company-wide initiatives, ensuring content is aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Design and develop engaging, interactive training content using modern tools such as Canva and video editing software, ensuring materials are both visually appealing and highly effective.
  • Update and maintain training materials regularly, incorporating feedback from trainees and other stakeholders to ensure relevance and continuous improvement.


Training Delivery

  • Conduct engaging training sessions across a range of platforms, ensuring a positive and interactive learning experience for all participants.
  • Develop and execute a detailed, data-driven L&D strategy that directly aligns with the organization’s key objectives and supports both short-term and long-term business growth.
  • Redesign and optimize training delivery methods, leveraging modern learning technologies (e.g., e-learning, mobile learning, blended learning), ensuring efficiency, accessibility, and sustained engagement for all employees.
  • Implement systems to track and measure the success of training programs, ensuring clear ROI and ongoing improvement through real-time feedback and performance data. 
  • Optimize training delivery methods, leveraging modern learning technologies (e.g., e-learning, mobile learning, blended learning), ensuring efficiency, accessibility, and sustained engagement for all employees.


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with the L&D Lead to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop specialized training materials and programs tailored to their specific needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices to keep training materials and methods fresh and effective.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide L&D projects, including performance enhancement programs and employee engagement initiatives.


Qualifications


Education

  • A degree in Education, HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is good to have but not required. Relevant experience and skills will be given equal consideration.
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, Train-the-Trainer) are desirable.


Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in L&D training or a related role with a proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs is preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience with AI tools, LMS platforms, Canva, and video editing software for creating visually engaging content is highly preferred.


Skills & Requirements

  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  • Strong design and multimedia skills, with proficiency in Canva, video editing, and other multimedia tools to create engaging training materials.
  • Ability to design and deliver highly interactive, engaging training programs that cater to a range of learning styles and organizational needs.
  • Project management skills, capable of managing multiple training programs and initiatives simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with the L&D lead, department heads, and other key stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
  • Focus on data-driven decision-making to evaluate and refine L&D initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving measurable learning outcomes and contributing to overall organizational success.
