Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: BDT 45,000 - BDT 60,000
  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies)

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Learning & Development professional who embodies a relentless pursuit of success and knows how to make things happen. As a Senior Executive in L&D, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of our team. This role demands a proactive mindset and exceptional communication skills. The best candidate for this role takes initiative, thrives on challenges, and delivers results without waiting for opportunities to come to them. From crafting and delivering impactful training programs to designing innovative upskilling initiatives, you will be at the forefront of empowering employees with the skills and knowledge they need to excel. You will also lead company-wide initiatives such as performance improvement programs, soft skills training, and interview mastery workshops. Collaboration, creativity, and a passion for continuous learning will be essential as you align training initiatives with our organizational goals and drive measurable success.

 

Job Responsibilities:
 

Strategic Development

  • Develop and execute a detailed, data-driven L&D strategy that directly aligns with the organization’s key objectives and supports both short-term and long-term business growth.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify emerging skills and competencies across the organization, ensuring training programs remain agile and are proactively adapted to meet future demands.
  • Redesign and optimize training delivery methods, leveraging modern learning technologies (e.g., e-learning, mobile learning, blended learning), ensuring efficiency, accessibility, and sustained engagement for all employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads and leadership to ensure L&D initiatives are aligned with business priorities, delivering measurable business outcomes and clear improvements in employee performance.
  • Implement systems to track and measure the success of training programs, ensuring clear ROI and ongoing improvement through real-time feedback and performance data. 
  • Focus on innovation to improve the learning experience and promote a culture of continuous growth.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions when required, ensuring a positive and interactive learning experience for all participants.


Team Management & Development

  • Act as the key liaison between leadership, departments, and teams to identify and address L&D needs.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between training programs and departmental objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the design, delivery, and evaluation of L&D programs across diverse teams.
  • Build, mentor, and guide a team of high-caliber L&D professionals, developing their skills and supporting their growth.
  • Create an environment that encourages continuous learning, with opportunities for employees at all levels to thrive.
  • Inspire others through your leadership, setting high standards for accountability, communication, and performance.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide L&D projects, including performance enhancement programs and employee engagement initiatives.


Qualifications


Education

  • A degree in Education, HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is good to have but not required. Relevant experience and skills will be given equal consideration.
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, Train-the-Trainer) are desirable.


Experience

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in leading L&D with a proven track record of leading impactful training programs and managing high-performing teams is preferred. 
  • Prior experience with AI tools, LMS platforms, Canva, and video editing software for creating visually engaging content is highly preferred.

  • Capability to develop and execute long-term L&D plans that align with business objectives and anticipate future organizational needs.
