Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Executive or Senior Executive in Employer Branding to elevate NEXT Ventures’ reputation as a top-tier employer. In this role, you will design and execute initiatives that highlight our unique culture, values, and career opportunities to attract and retain world-class talent. Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Leadership teams, you will craft compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy to position NEXT Ventures as an employer of choice in the FinTech sector.
- Create engaging content (e.g., videos, blogs, social media posts, employee testimonials) that showcases our culture, mission, and employee experience.
- Manage and enhance NEXT Ventures’ presence on career platforms and social media channels to amplify our employer brand.
- Partner with the Marketing team to align employer branding efforts with the company’s overall brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
- Organize and promote internal and external events (e.g., career fairs, webinars, employee spotlight programs) to boost engagement and visibility.
- Analyze employer branding metrics (e.g., candidate engagement, application rates, employee retention) and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within employer branding efforts to reflect NEXT Ventures’ commitment to a progressive workplace.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure NEXT Ventures remains a leader in talent attraction.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding or marketing campaigns, ideally in a talent-focused context.
- Highly articulate, able to express ideas with clarity and confidence.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with experience in writing, editing, and multimedia production.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Canva, Adobe Suite, HR analytics software).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for building authentic connections and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Prior experience in leading projects or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
