Compensation:

  • Salary Range: Sr. Executive - BDT 55,000 - BDT 70,000/ Manager I - BDT 70,000 - BDT 85,000
  • Bi-Annual Salary Increment (Eligibility Condition Applies).
  • 2 Times Yearly Festival Bonus (Eligibility Condition Applies).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Prepare job descriptions for technical roles.
  • Manage stakeholder and candidate communication.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of top tech talent through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and market research.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with job requirements and company culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor in the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters as needed.


Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience in a similar position.


Skills & Competencies:

Expertise:

  • Familiarity with technical roles and tech-savvy.
  • In-depth knowledge of the tech industry, staying informed about current trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in tech-related positions.
  • Experience in the fintech industry is preferable.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong talent network.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
